A mixture of clean commercial pulverized cast iron mixed with a chemical oxidizing agent which acts as a catalyst and causes the iron particles to rust and grow in size. It is jobsite mixed with cement and water. This product is used as a multiple coat surface treatment to waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces.
