Wr Meadows Fibre Prime Rust Proofing Primer Kit - A & B
A two component material which contains highly effective migrating corrosion inhibitors active on both anodic as well as cathodic corrosion sites. It rustproofs reinforcing steel, reduces rebound of shotcrete and allows an easy overhead patching. It is self-curing, hard/durable and has superior adhesion. It also bonds to wet steel, is crack resistant and has excellent freeze/thaw durability. Waterborne which means VOC Compliant.
It is used as a rustproofing primer (slurry) for reinforcing steel in concrete. It provides an excellent profiled surface, unlike smooth and non-absorbent epoxy, allowing easy overhead or vertical application of repair mortar or shotcrete.
