3M 896 Scotch Filament Tape

Medium tensile strength combined with low stretch and reinforced with continuous glass-yarn filaments.
Abrasion, moisture and nick resistant.
The aggressive packaging-grade adhesive is specifically formulated to provide balanced performance, having both high initial adhesion and long-term holding power to most fiberboard surfaces.
Pallet won’t break apart when tape is nicked and stays tight when impacted.
Holds instantly with minimum rubdown.
5.4 mils in thickness.
Application ideas:
- The white backing provides an excellent “background” surface for custom-printed tape applications.
- Suitable for use in most general-purpose box closing, bundling, and pallet unitizing applications.
