A clear, solvent-based, VOC-compliant, water-repellent sealer containing greater than 40% silane. It is used on vertical concrete and masonry and does not harm adjacent metal, glass, wood, or painted surfaces - which do not require cleaning after application. It leaves no residue and allows interior moisture to escape without damaging sealer. It helps reduce efflorescence, atmospheric staining, and mildew. Does not alter the natural surface appearance. Use it above grade on interior and exterior concrete, brick and stucco. Applications include:
