Hydrozo 100 Plus Silane Penetrating Sealer

A clear, breathable, high-performance, clear, 100% silane sealer with an oliophobic additive for protecting new and existing concrete surfaces. It penetrates deeply, sealing out water, chloride ions, and acids - reducing staining caused by motor oils, grease, and food. It penetrates deeply, sealing out water, chloride ions, and acids, preventing damage from freeze/thaw cycles. It allows interior moisture to escape without damaging sealer. Penetrates deeply and chemically reacts within the pores of concrete to provide long-lasting protection. Use it on existing or new concrete in vertical or horizontal, interior or exterior and above grade locations. Applications include:

Traffic-bearing concrete substrates.
Bridge decks and substructures.
