Westcoat Tc-04 Fine Texture Cement Gray 50 Lb Bag
A special formulated portland cement blended with a variety of fine silica sands and proprietary additives. It can be feathered, sanded, has high strength and a good working time. It is primarly used in conjunction with WP-81 cement modifier and in many of the Westcoat systems. Mainly used in interior applications for a smooth surface.
