Deck Coatings
High performance polyurethane
coatings provide seamless
slip
resistant protection for
vehicular and pedestrian
traffic bearing
surfaces. Their toughness
and elastomeric properties

expansion and contraction
while protecting concrete

from moisture and chloride
intrusion.

Epoxy Coatings
Epoxy coatings are multi-purpose,
high strength resins known
for their resistance to
abrasion and chemicals.
They are most
commonly used in seamless
flooring applications
and secondary
containment.

Roof Coatings
Acrylic or polyurethane
fluid applied roofing
systems are
designed to coat over existing
roof products, thereby
eliminating
the cost of tear offs and
disposal. These highly
reflective
materials are energy efficient and known to reduce
utility bills
by as much as 50%.

Wall Coatings
Acrylic and silicone based
coatings are used instead
of paint
when the application calls
for thicker, tougher and
more flexible
weatherproof systems. A

Penetrating Sealers
Silane/siloxane based materials
are clear, liquids that
make concrete
and masonry surfaces water-repellent
while maintaining
their original appearance.
These products penetrate
the surface
and provide non-film forming
protection against rain,
freeze, thaw,
and chloride ion intrusion.
Special formulated products
also provide graffiti
protection

Bituminous Dampproofing
Solvent and emulsion based
products that are used
on foundation
walls where there will
be minimal amounts of water
or water vapor.
The most user-friendly
bituminous products are
emulsified,
meaning they are nonflammable,
water-based versions that
can
be sprayed, rolled or brushed
directly onto damp surfaces.

Bentonite Waterproofing
Bentonite is a clay-based
material that expands on
contact with
water. Factory laminated
to high-density polyethylene,
bentonite
arrives on the job site
in ready to install sheets
that are simply
nailed in place. The sheets
fuse together as the bentonite
reacts
to water creating a monolithic
waterproof membrane

Cementitious Waterproofing
Cement-based products that
are mixed with water and
bonding agents
to form slurry which is
then spray or hand applied
to concrete and
masonry. Cementitious waterproofings are known for their
ability to
withstand severe hydrostatic
pressure. These products
adhere to damp
concrete and because of
their cured hardness, they
are highly puncture
resistant.

Fluid-Applied Waterproofing
Cold-applied modified polyurethane
membranes are applied in
fluid
form and cure in place
to form a monolithic waterproofing system that
eliminate seams and provides
total adhesion. These materials
eliminate
the need for hot kettles
and can be brushed, rolled
or sprayed.

Sheet-Applied Waterproofing
& Flashing
Polymerized asphalt formulations
combine the water repellency
of
petroleum with the elastomeric
nature of organic rubber
to create a
flexible waterproofing
membrane. These factory-cured
products arrive
at the job site in ready
to use “peel-n-stick”
rolls.

Drainage &
Protective Systems
Drainage mats are a formed
plastic core covered on
one or both sides
with a geotextile filter
fabric. These engineered
systems significantly
reduce the amount of water
coming into contact with
the waterproofing
membrane, relieve hydrostatic
pressure, and extend the
life of
the waterproofing system.
Protection boards are available
in asphalt
impregnated fiberglass
mats or extruded polystyrene
which protect
waterproofing from foot
traffic and aggregate
during backfilling.

Chemical Grouts/Water
Stops
Chemical grouts are hydrophobic
polyurethane materials
that are designed
to react with water creating
foam that stops active
water leaks.
The most common applications
include soil injection,
manholes, box
culverts and foundation
crack injection. Hydro-active
sealants and
bentonite water stops are
the most cost effective
method to waterproof
construction joints, cold
joints and below grade
penetrations
