Dow Corning 121 Structural Glazing Sealant – enjoy the benefits of in-shop applied structural silicone sealants, now in the field!

Dow Corning is excited to introduce the Dow Corning® 121 Structural Glazing Sealant, a new neutral-cure, RTV silicone sealant ideal for assembly, installation or repair of structurally glazed glass and other substrates. With its unique 1-to-1 (“121”) mix ratio, the Dow Corning 121 Structural Glazing Sealant is designed for easy, efficient use for either on-site or in-shop applications. Complete cure time only takes 24 hours instead of up to 3 weeks, increasing productivity and reducing work-in-progress inventory, while the silicone based formulation provides a more durable, UV-resistant, longer-life product than organic weatherseals and structural tapes. It is supplied in a two-part cartridge complete with a static mixer.

Approved pneumatic dispensing gun for use with this product is available through our partnership with Albion Engineering Company. Please note that use of unapproved dispensing equipment can void the warranty. The approved gun is the Albion AT400.
